Refund Policy

You may return or exchange an item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) up to 30 days after purchase.

Please contact our Customer Service before shipping items back to us. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in an unused condition, and contain manuel(s), accessories, warranty card(s), that came with the item.

Non Returnable Items: special orders, tubing, liner, liner underlayment, live fish, plant food, fish food, and liquids.

Every return requires a Return Authorization number (RA) from us. Call our Customer Service at (908-998-2556) or email us at (sales@everythingkoi.com) to receive a RA.
