Bekko - (beh-koh) : White (Shiro) Koi with black spots on the top half of its body is called a Shiro Bekko. Red body (Aka) Koi with black spots on the top half of its body is called an Aka Bekko. It won’t have black below the lateral line or on its head but it may have black on its pectoral fins.
